PROGRAM_ID	Program ID
STRING_ID	String ID
LANGUAGE_CD	Language Code translate values
STR_LBLTYPE	String Source 1=Text 2=Field Shortname 3=Field Longname
DEFAULT_LABEL	DEFAULT_LABEL identifys default Field Label of DB Field.
LABEL_ID	LABEL_ID identifies uniquness of DB Field Labels. This field is used in PSDBFLDLABL and PSDBFLDLABLLANG. Prompt Table: SEL_LABEL_ID_VW
STRING_TEXT	String Text
COL_WIDTH	Column Width Default: BASE_STRINGS_VW.COL_WIDTH
