9=PSJob (inactive)
OUTDESTTYPE Process Request output destination type.
0=Any
1=(None)
2=File
3=Printer
4=Window
5=Email
6=Web
7=Default
ACTIVE_FLAG Active Flag
A=Active
I=Inactive
DEFAULT_OUTPUT Default Output
