Stores the information needed by the Remote Database feature to connect to both remote and the local database.

LOCAL_CONNECT_FLAGThis flag is set to 'Y' to indicate this connection information is for the local PeopleSoft database. If set to 'N', the connection is to a remote, potentially non-PeopleSoft database. There must be only one connection stored in the database with the flag set to 'Y'.
N=Connection to Remote Database (default)
Y=Connection to Local Database
