EFF_STATUS	Effective Status A=Active (default) I=Inactive
XLATLONGNAME	Translate Long Name
XLATSHORTNAME	Translate Value Short Name
LASTUPDDTTM	Specifies the date and time of the last update to an entry. This field is maintained by PeopleSoft and is used in a variety of contexts.
LASTUPDOPRID	Specifies the User ID which made the last update to an entry. This field is maintained by PeopleSoft and is used in a variety of contexts.
SYNCID	The Synchronization ID field stores a value generated by the sync processor. The value is used to identify the type of object that the sync processor is about to handle.
