This table is used by Inbound Data Error Scanning AE Program (EO_WF_ERR). Errors from PSAPMSGSUBCON Table are inserted into this table by Business Component EO_EIP_WF_MSG_BC. While saving the error rows into this table, Workflow notifications are triggered.

PUBNODE Application Messaging Publication Node. This refers to the Node that the Application Message Instance was published from.
